Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Performance marketing roles in SaaS increasingly sit at the intersection of channel execution and systems design, and this one reflects that shift. Airtable is treating paid acquisition as a core growth lever across both self-serve and enterprise motions, while also pushing into newer paid surfaces such as AI answer engines and marketplaces. That combination signals a modern SaaS go-to-market where discovery, intent capture, and distribution are evolving beyond traditional search and social.
For a SaaS marketer, the career value here is breadth with accountability. Owning measurement that ties spend to activation, conversion, and revenue builds durable skills in full-funnel economics, not just lead volume. The emphasis on building new acquisition programs from scratch also maps to how SaaS teams create repeatable growth loops, then operationalise them through experimentation discipline, post-click conversion work, and tighter alignment with lifecycle and product.
This role suits someone who prefers hands-on ownership and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. It will appeal to practitioners who like pairing creative channel bets with rigorous attribution, and who are motivated by building internal capability rather than outsourcing core learnings. It also fits marketers interested in applying automation to day-to-day growth operations without losing strategic control.

Job Description
Performance marketing is one of Airtable's biggest growth levers, and a lot of what's possible hasn't been built yet. The Growth Marketing team runs strong core paid channels across self-serve and enterprise, but the next wave of impact will come from new acquisition programs, emerging paid surfaces, and an AI-and-automation-powered operating model that lets a lean team move like a much larger one. This role owns paid end-to-end (strategy, execution, budget allocation, and measurement) and reports to the Head of Growth Marketing.
What you'll do
- Own full-funnel paid campaigns across self-serve and enterprise, from awareness through conversion.
- Stand up new acquisition programs from scratch (sponsorships, creator/UGC, influencer partnerships) and turn the ones that work into repeatable, durable engines.
- Explore emerging paid channels, including agentic surfaces like AI answer engines and marketplaces, and define how Airtable shows up and wins there early.
- Build and iterate on the post-click experience, including landing pages, offers, and messaging by audience and intent, so paid traffic actually converts.
- Put agents and automations at the center of how the team operates.
- Partner across lifecycle, web, GEO, and product to align on the full journey, not just the click or the signup.
- Own the attribution and reporting that connect paid spend through activation and conversion all the way to revenue.
Who you are
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand gen, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- You've built new channels or programs from scratch and scaled them, not just optimized what already existed.
- You use AI, automation, and agents in your own work today, and you default to building solutions rather than waiting for someone else to wire them up.
- You have deep, hands-on command of core paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing) and you run them efficiently at scale.
- You move fast, operate well in ambiguity, and expand your own scope.
- Analytical and experiment-driven. You'd rather build in-house muscle than lean on agencies.
Bonus if you have
- Experience managing large-scale paid budgets across both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- You've stood up measurement or experimentation infrastructure from scratch, or understand it well enough to spot when something is broken.
