As a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern, you'll play a central role in delivering an efficient, organized, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. You'll partner closely with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, manage recruitment logistics, and support proactive sourcing of great talent across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to kickstart their career in Talent Acquisition while getting hands-on exposure to recruiting within a fast-growing AI company
What you’ll do
- Support the coordination of interview, recruitment, offer, and onboarding processes, partnering closely with the Talent team and Hiring Managers
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage related logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Help ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
- Support with job creation, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination
- Support proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage qualified candidates, particularly passive talent, using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing techniques
- Help review and screen resumes to assess qualifications and potential fit against role requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support the documentation and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and basic recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English
