As a Working Student in Customer Care at Chrono24, you support the team that keeps the quality of our customer service consistently high. Working within established procedures and guidelines, you help review support cases against clear quality criteria, keep our knowledge base accurate and up to date, and spot recurring patterns that help the team improve. This role suits someone who is structured, reliable, and enjoys careful, detail-oriented work within a clear framework. It is a great entry point into customer operations if you want to understand how a high-quality support organisation really works, from the inside. The position is based at our Karlsruhe office.
What you can expect
- Support our quality assurance process by reviewing a defined set of customer cases against clear criteria and documenting your findings for the responsible teams.
- Help maintain and improve our internal knowledge base, updating articles, closing content gaps, and flagging outdated information so agents always work from reliable sources.
- Identify recurring questions and patterns in tickets and share them as input for process and content improvements.
- Assist the Customer Care and Complaint Management teams with structured, well-defined tasks, following established workflows and keeping documentation accurate.
- Coordinate with colleagues from Training & Knowledge Management and other teams to clarify open questions.
- Contribute to a consistent, best-in-class experience for buyers and sellers around the world.
What sets you apart
- You are currently enrolled as a student and can commit to a working student position over several months.
- You have a genuine interest in customer experience, operations, or quality, and you like getting details right.
- You communicate clearly and precisely in English; additional languages are a welcome plus.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and careful way, with a good eye for consistency.
- You are comfortable learning new digital tools and systems (for example ticketing tools such as Zendesk); prior experience is nice, but not expected.
- You can keep track of several tasks and manage your own priorities within clear guidelines.
- You bring curiosity and a real interest in continuous improvement.
- No prior knowledge of luxury watches required, we'll get you up to speed.
Nice to have- First exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech environments.
- An interest in quality assurance, documentation, or knowledge management.
- Some experience creating or editing structured content, for example help articles, guides, or process documentation.
