At Bitrise, we're changing how mobile products get built and shipped, for thousands of customers around the world. A lot of those customers first find us through events, either discovering the platform for the first time, or realizing we can solve a problem they're already stuck on.
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll join our Revenue Operations team and help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support growth across the business. You'll work closely with our Go-to-Market teams, keeping information flowing smoothly and handling day-to-day controllership queries. You'll report to the Global Head of Revenue Operations.

You are the ideal candidate if you
- Have 1-3 years of experience in finance, sales admin, or customer support roles
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
- Pay close attention to detail and have some experience with data governance
- Are comfortable juggling a few priorities at once
- Bonus points if you know your way around Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems
Your Responsibilities
As a Revenue Operations Associate at Bitrise you will be
- Keep revenue processes consistent, and maintain clean systems and reporting
- Own and improve key revenue processes, including quote-to-cash
- Manage integrations and automations within our tech stack
- Maintain dashboards and share insights on performance
- Coordinate between Sales, Finance, and Ops
- Document processes and help teams adopt core workflows
- Support the team with RevOps data insights and light planning
- Bring clarity and alignment to your area of ownership
- Keep revenue data accurate and consistent across systems
- Spot small-scale improvements and follow through on them
- Iterate on quote-to-cash, billing, and reporting flows
