Citrix isseekinga highly motivated Senior Web Experience Manager to own the execution, optimization, and governance of the Citrix.com digital experience. This role sits within Marketing and serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Marketing, Campaigns, IT, and agency partners to ensure the website supports business growth, customer engagement, and AI citations & visibility.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital professional who can balance execution with strategic thinking. You willbe responsible forplanning, building, publishing, andoptimizingweb experiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to governance standards across the Citrix digital ecosystem.
Note: This is not a software development role. It is a business-focused digital experience role responsible for turning marketing requirements into high-quality web experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
Website Experience Management
Own the day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, promotional content, and business-critical web experiences.
Ensure all web experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and user experience standards.
Partner with Product Marketing, Content Strategist, Campaign Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABM, and Corporate Communications teams to support business priorities.
Digital Governance & Operations
Identifyopportunities to improve engagement, user journeys, AI citations, and content effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with IT teams responsible for platform infrastructure, integrations, templates, and technical architecture.
SEO/GEO & Content Discoverability
Support SEO/GEO best practices across site content, metadata, taxonomy, redirects, and content structure.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
CA generally ranges: $131,279-$196,918
All other locations fall under our General State range: $115,157-$172,735
