Among other things, you will:- Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.- Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent.- Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning.- Drive process improvements, from metrics and AI features to tooling.- Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint.Who you are:- Proven experience recruiting different roles in-house (Sales, Development, Product etc.).- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.- Familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments.- Data-savvy; use metrics to steer decisions and improve results.- Strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude.- Excellent spoken and written German and business English skills.- Bonus: Creative, optimistic, and love improving how things work.
