Among other things, you will:- Partner with our business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives.- Drive the full HR cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement) for your business areas.- Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives.- Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions.- Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team-related topics.- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, etc) to deliver and continuously improve HR programs.- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and drive meaningful actions.Who you are:- 5–7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic HR role.- Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment.- Combine business acumen with a data-driven mindset.- Trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders and challenge constructively.- Work independently with high ownership; collaborate across teams and HR COEs.- Fluent in English (German is a plus).Your Salary:- Annual gross minimum in Austria: EUR 56,000 (includes full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension and unemployment insurance). Higher based on qualifications/experience.
