Data Specialist

Summary
OneStream is looking for a Data Specialist dedicated to providing an impact to the Data Team’s workload, productivity, data quality, and contribute to the overall team performance. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and demonstrate excellence in organization and attention to detail in order to effectively manage an often high volume of data from a variety of sources.
This role will report to the Data Team Manager and work closely with other cross-functional teams across the Revenue Operations team, providing crucial support specific to data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and governance practices. Since this role is based in Europe, the candidate will need to work well independently and feel comfortable managing the ticket queue until North American counter-parts start their work day.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Data quality assurance, reducing errors, enforcing data quality standards, and ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist with ongoing data clean-up and data migration related projects. Research contact and account information across various databases. Update / add contact, company and territory information in Salesforce.
- Cross-functional consistency, unified data that will ensure continual alignment and improvements for data optimization.
- Team contribution to managing the stability of the internal day-to-day Sales Support ticketing queue.
- Contribute to any all-hands team projects that arise throughout the year.
- Ability to “wear multiple hats” and knowing the data end-to-end across Revenue Operations. Eagerness and willingness to work cross-functionally.
- Develop and maintain discrepancy reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into data governance and performance.
Required Education and Experience
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations and/or Data Quality.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher preferred.
- Experience working with Data Loader is a plus.
- Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.

Travel
Travel requirement: Occasional travel (including international travel) may be required for team building.
