Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive( Field Sales ) located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business and Communication skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the hiring industry and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
🎓 Eligibility: Graduates with Prior B2B sales experience & a passion for business growth and excellent communication skills
🍳Skills Required: Preferred Field Sales Experience minimum 1 year in B2B sales
🏍️2 wheelers mandatory with DL
💰CTC: upto 5 LPA + Incentives
