Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in field sales, with a focus on retention services, renewal sales, farming, and hunting.
Industry Preference: Digital background, experience in platforms such as Justdial, Sulekha, Workindia, Paytm, software selling, with a strong network in related companies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, utilizing existing connections and industry knowledge.
- Manage client relationships, focusing on retention and renewal of services.
- Generate new business through hunting strategies and proactive outreach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in field sales, particularly in retention services and renewal sales.
- Strong network and connections within the industry, with experience in digital platforms and software selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation processes.
