In this role, you'll partner directly with leaders and organizational partners to spearhead pivotal GTM and sales hires, accelerating our business momentum. You'll collaborate with the team to revolutionize processes and craft cutting-edge sourcing strategies. This will be a fixed-term, W2 role for a 6-month period to start.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead the charge in hiring for major sales functions across diverse regions and hiring managers. Your deep understanding of client business groups will empower you to present compelling opportunities and career paths to candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey. Your strategic problem-solving prowess will shape the future of the organizations you support, propelling our growth to new heights.
The Role:
- Own hiring for major GTM functions across multiple hiring managers or regions, leveraging a deep understanding of client business groups to articulate opportunities and career paths to candidates.
- Influence, communicate, and partner effectively with senior clients, managing relationships with hiring managers and leaders as a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrate deep market knowledge and proactive communication to hiring managers about candidate pools, territories, and competition.
- Leverage a strong understanding of ClickUp's market position and growth potential to engage passive candidates, using industry knowledge and trends.
- Establish work priorities and timelines under limited direction, creating consistent proactive reporting for stakeholders, including Talent Insights and Stage Analysis reports.
- Manage personal metrics, self-aware of recruiter screens, hiring manager screens, and panels needed to meet hiring goals, with accurate forecasting.
- Consistently use ATS properly to maintain ClickUp's compliance, achieving targets while striving for higher quality in placing mid to senior-level positions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in GTM talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong market knowledge and ability to clearly explain sales job opportunities to candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Bonus if you have prior experience with Greenhouse and Gem.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve recruitment processes while managing a full req load.
