About the opportunity
We are seeking an Agile Solutions Analyst with Atlassian stack knowledge to leverage agile tools usage and adoption in N26 with connection to the progress tracking of teams in order to manage work for a scaled product development environment.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management).
- You will manage our Jira instance together with our Atlassian team, working directly with all departments of N26 to ensure their Jira projects are configured correctly.
- Design custom JIRA workflows for different issue types to assist in automation of provisioning, build applications as well as other continuous integration workflows.
- You manage the usage of Jira add-ons as Advanced Roadmaps, Automation for Jira, etc.
- Provide training and guidelines around the use of our Atlassian tools as well as creating required documentation for end users.
- Knowledge about Jira API, configuration and integrations.
What you need to be successful:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Atlassian suite with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence applications
- Excellent JQL knowledge plus vast knowledge of available plugins to enhance our systems
- You are an excellent communicator, facilitator and trainer; fluent in English; Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills.
- Positive and passionate, good team player
Nice to have:
- Know how to leverage Advanced Roadmaps for Jira and connect it to the progress tracking of teams in order to manage work for a scaled product development environment
- Atlassian certifications is a plus
- Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Experience with customizing Confluence look and feel plus complex permission scheme
