Growth Marketer, Full-Time Remote, U.S. Only
About The Role:
Balto is looking for a Growth Marketer to accelerate Balto’s pipeline, drive demand, and execute product and customer marketing strategies. You’ll work across multiple channels, from our website to HubSpot automation, tackling projects that fuel revenue growth.
This is a remote position open to candidates in the U.S. It requires occasional (mandatory) travel for industry events, company meetings, and all-hands gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Acceleration & Demand Generation:
- Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and SQLs.
- Own lead nurturing strategies via email, paid, and organic channels.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Product & Customer Marketing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and releases.
- Build case studies, landing pages, and messaging to highlight AI’s impact.
- Growth & Experimentation:
- Continuously A/B test landing pages, emails, and ad creatives.
- Improve conversion rates with data-driven insights.
- Optimize the website for SEO and conversion (CRO).
- Marketing Tech & Ops:
- Own HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate tracking of lead attribution and campaign performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making across marketing operations.
- Special Projects:
- You might be building a chatbot, automating outreach, or testing a new acquisition channel—whatever moves the needle.
- Collaborate across teams to push AI-driven marketing initiatives forward.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or product marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot, website management (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), and marketing analytics.
- A bias for action—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you run experiments and iterate fast.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills that drive conversions.
- Analytical mindset—you track everything, measure impact, and pivot when needed.
- Passion for AI and automation—you see the future and want to shape it.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or the contact center space.
