Position Overview
We're seeking a Brand Partnerships & Strategy professional to drive Coaxial Collective's growth through creator partnerships, brand relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Co-founder, this role will be instrumental in scaling our business and establishing Coaxial Collective as a leader in the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Partnerships & Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators to join Coaxial Collective, with focus on quality and strategic fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their unique needs and growth objectives
- Implement strategies to maximize creator success and deliver measurable results for their channels
Brand Partnerships:
- Build and nurture relationships with both endemic and non-endemic brands
- Develop compelling partnership opportunities that create exceptional value for both creators and brands
- Create innovative collaboration models that differentiate Coaxial Collective in the marketplace and drive revenue growth
Growth Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Co-Founder to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with company vision
- Identify new market opportunities and business development initiatives
- Establish measurable KPIs and reporting systems to track performance against growth objectives
Creator Service Management:
- Oversee business services provided to creators, including community management, video production support, and YouTube algorithm optimization
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery that adds tangible value to creators
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on creator needs
PR & Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility and industry recognition
- Oversee social media strategy to build both Coaxial Collective brand
- Coordinate messaging across channels to ensure consistent brand positioning and maximum impact
Experience
- 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Deep experience in the creator economy, digital media, or influencer marketing
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and scale partnership programs
- Track record of leading long-term growth initiatives at early-stage companies
Skills
- Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Leadership
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- Comfortable collaborating across marketing, ops, and creator relations
- Executive-level stakeholder management
