Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx, you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and customer-centric problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and design technical solutions that drive business impact.
You will also play a key role in improving Authenticx’s overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for continued evolution and enhancement of the platform.
What You’ll Do
Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in healthcare software, APIs, integration platforms, and competitive intelligence.

Additional Information
- For local candidates, this may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with some on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1x per week or as needed.
- For non-local candidates, this will be a virtual/remote position with the potential for occasional travel to our Indianapolis office approximately 1-2x per year depending on location and the needs of the business.
- Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
