Role Overview
- The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Making sure the company’s goals for hiring are met in a timely and cost-effective way by carrying out the recruitment strategy.
- Following company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.
- Making sure the hiring process promotes diversity and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector.
- Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or masters in human resource.
