Role Overview
- As an HR Administrator, you will serve as the go-to person for employees, providing them with the necessary guidance and support. You will be instrumental in supporting our human resources operations. You will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. A good current knowledge and understanding of employment law will be required. Assisting with other ad hoc administrative tasks as and when they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities by filling jobs in Engineering team.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters to candidates.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist on laptop arrangement for new hire, Raise a New hire ticket in SF, Facilitate new hire onboarding activities(Co-ordinate with Maddie in creating an account in ADP, Enable Leave policies in WTS account, schedule induction program, onboarding documentation completion.
- Make new hire announcements.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding formalities(Issuing NDA, Handbook, Appointment Letter etc.,)
- Conduct background checks for new hires.
- Manage employee records up to date in ADP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, leaves, and benefits administration.
- Support employee benefits enrolment processes and ensure accurate administration of health insurance, life insurance and other benefits.
- Assist in employee engagement programs.
- Assist in drafting HR correspondence and reports as needed.
- Process employee probation review, collect feedback from Managers and issue confirmation letter to employees.
- Initiate exit process for employee who have resigned.
- Ensure the employee has returned the company assets.
- Issue Service Certificate.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in relevant profile.
- PG Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Administrator or HR Business Partner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality is essential.
- The ability to work independently and problem solve and to be able to work well under pressure to required deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws.
Preferred Qualification
- A Master’s degree in Human Resource.
