About the Role
As the Director of Marketing, you will serve as the head of our marketing function and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead and develop our growing marketing team, which includes demand generation, events, brand, content, and design functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing and a proven track record of building pipeline that converts to revenue. You will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for marketing, optimizing our brand presence, driving high-quality lead generation, and ensuring tight alignment with Sales to convert marketing efforts into measurable pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and tactical operator—someone who has scaled marketing programs in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance brand building with direct revenue contribution.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, events, brand, content, and design.
Oversee integrated campaigns that span digital, content, events, ABM, and brand, ensuring performance at every stage of the funnel.
Optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) for scalability, automation, and insights.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, including inbound/outbound strategies, lead nurturing, ABM, content strategy, brand development, and digital marketing.
Strong command of marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising tools.
