About The Role
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own our account-based marketing strategy and sales
enablement programs, with a focus on accelerating late-stage opportunities and supporting
sales execution. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll design and run highly targeted 1:1
and 1:few campaigns that deepen engagement within strategic accounts and directly contribute
to deal progression and expansion.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic, competitive self-starter who thrives at the intersection of
sales and marketing. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Events to
turn insights into high-impact campaigns and tools that help sellers win. This is your chance to
shape how we engage target accounts, improve sales performance, and drive measurable
pipeline influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute account-based marketing strategies to target and engage key accounts across the buyer journey
- Partner closely with Sales to create coordinated plays that drive pipeline acceleration and expansion within existing accounts
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, tools, and processes to support effective outreach, pitch, and follow-up
- Create and operationalize segmented nurture programs, outbound support campaigns, and account insights
- Own the coordination and measurement of deal progression campaigns, especially in late-stage funnel opportunities
- Collaborate with product marketing to turn messaging and positioning into actionable content and tools for Sales
- Test and scale high-converting programs that increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and boost expansion revenue
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned to growth goals—campaigns, events, 1:1 and 1:few activations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep expertise in ABM, growth marketing, or sales enablement
- Proven success working with sales teams to drive revenue and improve conversion metrics in complex sales cycles
- Experience using ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) and marketing automation systems (Marketo)
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, personas, and multi-touch attribution
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills—you know how to build trust and get buy-in
- A builder’s mindset: comfortable testing, iterating, and launching new programs fast
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
