As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll architect and scale the engine that drives pipeline
growth for both new logo acquisition and customer expansion. Reporting to the SVP of
Marketing, you’ll design and execute full-funnel campaigns spanning digital, email, content
syndication, and events that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert demand
into revenue.
As our first dedicated demand gen hire, you’ll be hands-on in building out and refining our core
infrastructure, campaign processes, and attribution models. You’ll collaborate with Product
Marketing, Content, and Sales to craft compelling offers, optimize conversion paths, and ensure

Key Responsibilities
- Own the demand generation strategy from the ground up—developing campaigns and programs that fill the top and middle of the funnel with qualified leads.
- Launch, optimize, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, content syndication, email, SEO, webinars, and ABM.
- Build the foundational infrastructure for lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion workflows in partnership with sales and marketing ops.
- Drive tight alignment with Sales to ensure full-funnel visibility, feedback loops, and continual campaign optimization.
- Develop ABM strategies and playbooks for targeting strategic accounts in key financial services segments.
- Measure performance rigorously—using data to inform, iterate, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage tools like Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads to deliver measurable impact.
- Partner with product marketing to activate messaging and content across campaigns.
- Build the roadmap for the future growth of the demand gen function, including team hiring and technology recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on demand generation.
- Proven track record of building pipeline and delivering revenue impact through demand gen campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and digital campaign platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and funnel management from lead to opportunity.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable building dashboards, analyzing conversion metrics, and reporting campaign performance.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a bias toward action and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
