Overview
Atlan is seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Consultant based in India for a 12-week engagement to execute mission-critical MarOps projects. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing key marketing infrastructure initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Project Scope & Deliverables
1. Email Deliverability Enhancement - Mission Inbox Implementation
Execute the MissionInbox solution to address email effectiveness
Support implementation of dedicated IP infrastructure and domain management
Configure and optimize integration with Outreach
Implement and monitor domain warm-up process
Establish reporting to track deliverability metrics and campaign performance
2. Website Chat Deployment
Implement and optimize chat functionality on Atlan.com
Design visitor flow logic and conversation paths
Configure routing rules to direct inquiries to appropriate team members
Establish and monitor SLAs for chat response times
Create documentation and reporting for chat performance
3. Contact & Account Scoring and Enterprise ICP Enrichment Model
Analyze current data enrichment processes and identify gaps
Develop appropriate waterfall enrichment model for enterprise contacts
Build a contact and account scoring framework
Test and validate enrichment quality against ICP requirements
4. Sync Contact & Account Activity between Systems
Diagnose and resolve synchronization issues between Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach
Fix email activity visibility gaps (e.g., emails not appearing in Hubspot)
Implement robust bi-directional sync for contact activities across platforms
Set up monitoring to ensure ongoing data integrity and consistency
5. Contact-Level Deanonymization
Assess current website visitor tracking and enrichment capabilities
Research and evaluate deanonymization vendors for enterprise ICP fit
Implement selected solution for identifying anonymous website visitors
Integrate visitor data with existing marketing and sales systems
Create processes to leverage deanonymized contact data for improved conversions
Required Qualifications
8+ years experience in marketing operations roles with proven expertise in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of email deliverability, IP warming, and domain management
Experience implementing and optimizing website chat solutions
Knowledge of visitor tracking, lead enrichment, and data management tools
Technical skills in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Outreach, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Self-directed with ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Engagement Details
Contract duration: 12 weeks
Location: Remote (India-based)
Expected start date: May 2025
Weekly status reporting and milestone reviews required
Success Criteria
Successful implementation of Mission Inbox with demonstrated improvement in deliverability metrics
Fully functional chat deployment with defined flows, routing rules, and SLAs
Operational contact-level deanonymization system with enrichment process in place
Documented recommendation for waterfall enrichment model with implementation plan
Complete knowledge transfer and documentation for all implemented systems
