We are looking for a new team member who will boost our mission to make data driven decisions in all manner through following way of working and responsibilities;- develop, automate and maintain periodic HR metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards,
- account management in the scope of all related HRIS as BambooHR, Lever, Power BI
- prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports including turnover, attraction, cost management, and retention
- support reporting requirements related to recruitment performance, employee engagement surveys, performance management outputs, etc.
- monitor HR data in our databases for maintaining correct data which are used in various kinds of reports and determine development areas of a system according to requirements of the company
- coordination of HR dashboard and metric studies, measuring of organizational productivity based on data/metrics,
- design necessary tools, data modeling processes, templates for the budgeting process, and people analytics reports
- execute HR analytics reports & dashboards to give direction for strategic business decisions
- contribute to organizational efficiency and development studies in various HR projects
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or related fields,
- Internship or up to 1 year of full-time work experience in HR or data-related roles,
- Strong interest in HR data and analytics; prior experience in HR analytics is a plus but not mandatory,
- Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets,
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; able to interpret data and contribute to performance tracking, OKR and KPI reporting, survey follow-ups, and recruitment planning,
- Aware of confidentiality and professional ethics, shows a positive attitude and a growth mindset,
- Willing to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to building and maintaining dashboards,
- Eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented team player with strong organizational and planning skills.
