The TIBCO Low Code Apps & Process Management Engineering group is responsible for the creation of new software products, the continued innovation and development of existing products and the on-going support of those products through the full product life-cycle.
Role overview:
As a Lead UI/UX designer, you will research and create visual design and interaction design for the new features for the TIBCO Low Code Apps & Process Management product group. You will also work on updating the existing product releases to address visual and interaction issues. You will closely work with the local UI developers and QA team and also other members from the Swindon, UK team. You will be working with cross product teams for their UI/UX needs along with interaction with stake holders.
Job description / Responsibilities:
Provide information architecture, create wireframes and ensure technical feasibility
Design and develop UX reusable components and guidelines for consistent and efficient digital experiences using atomic design and design systems.
Responsible for overall UX development of features for new products and enhancements to existing products of the BPM product suite
incorporating the visual and interaction design aspects.
Ability to independently research UX development trends and adopt them into the visual and interaction design of the product features.
Work seamlessly with the local development and QA team and also with the members of the Swindon, UK team.
Ability to work in a fast paced Agile development and rapid deployment of a cloud development organization.
Candidate Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelors or Masters UI/UX design and development
Expertise in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Wireframing and Prototyping
Expert level knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Good Understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial for collaborating with developers and creating interactive prototypes.
Aggressive problem diagnosis, creative problem solving skills
Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
Proven work experience in development of features for an enterprise or cloud product
10 to 12 years of work experience
Desirable:
Ability to work in a fast paced Agile development and rapid deployment of a cloud development organization.
Work experience in the cloud based development environment
Personal attributes:
Highly motivated and a team player
Excellent verbal and written with remote teams communication skills
Ability to work in an international multi-site environment in conjunction
