About The Position
As a Cynomi Channel System Engineer (CSE), you will play a critical role in enabling and supporting the technical teams of our channel partners. Collaborating closely with pre- and post-sales engineers from focus partners, you will work alongside partner SE leaders to ensure their engineers are fully equipped and productive in selling and implementing Cynomi’s platform. Your responsibilities will include coordinating a variety of pre- and post-sales enablement events and workshops, tracking and reporting on attendance and outcomes of post-enablement activities, and gathering feedback on successes and challenges to drive continuous improvement.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Adoption: Embed Cynomi into the workflows, service delivery models, and internal processes of strategic MSP/MSSP partners.
Partner Enablement and Technical Leadership:
- Deliver advanced technical enablement sessions, workshops, and best practices coaching.
- Act as the technical point of contact for strategic partners.
Strategic Technical Support Management:
- Serve as the focal point for partner support issues: manage, track, and trend support tickets and partner feedback (without directly resolving cases).
- Identify systemic issues or gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Product Influence:
- Scope and articulate partner-driven product needs.
- Collaborate with PAMs and partners to prioritize revenue-impacting feature requests.
- Interface with Cynomi’s product team to deliver clear, actionable feedback and advocate for partner needs.
Co-Selling Leadership:
- Lead technical components of strategic co-sell efforts with Cynomi sales teams.
- Support partner sales and technical teams during complex or key strategic opportunities.
Process Innovation:
- Systematically improve enablement and adoption processes.
- Innovate tools, workflows, and reporting practices to make technical enablement and partner success scalable and repeatable
Requirements
Mandatory
- 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales/post-sales as channel-facing SE, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong background working with large MSPs and/or MSSPs space (hundreds or thousands of clients under management).
- Proven ability to deliver technical enablement and drive solution adoption.
- Ability to think systematically and innovate processes and solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and business-focused.
- Excellent organizational, tracking, and reporting skills (CRM familiarity is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative channel-led model.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
