Description
POSITION SUMMARY
BillGO is seeking a motivated individual with a passion and aptitude for building and leading a successful inside sales team. This key team member will oversee and drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. As a leader, responsibilities include inspiring and motivating team members, providing ongoing coaching and support, and implementing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness. Key responsibilities also involve developing and executing sales plans, monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with a strong focus on inside sales, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. They should also possess qualities such as problem-solving abilities, a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and strong leadership. Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

AREA OF FOCUS
All other duties as assigned, plus…
- Leads and oversees the work of a team of inside sales representatives.
- Coaches, trains, evaluates and monitors sales representative’s performance.
- Manages timecards, time off requests, and other administrative functions related to your team.
- Assists each team member in achieving their sales goals and meeting their KPI commitments.
- Supports coordination of sales projects to enhance team or departments efficiency and/or effectiveness.
- Executes sales analysis, prepares sales reports and suggests improvements.
- Work cross-functionally to represent voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling business services.
- Previous experience leading an Inside Sales Team.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment where the belief is that great ideas can come from anywhere. Candidates must be able to embrace this culture, foster idea generation, and work to cultivate the best ideas into an executable plan.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does have supervisory responsibilities and is expected to mentor new team members and junior level positions.
