Company Description
About iad
iad is Europe’s leading Estate Agency network, now 18,000 agents strong and operating across 8 countries in Europe and North America.
We launched in the UK as the newest country in the group and have already grown to over 50 self-employed agents in a short space of time. Our ambition is bold and clear – to build the leading platform for self-employed estate agents in the UK.
What makes iad different? We give our agents genuine freedom – autonomy to run their own business their way, flexibility to enjoy work-life balance, and the opportunity to earn more than they ever could as an employed agent.
But we don’t just leave them to it. Our culture is collaborative, our systems are world-class, and our support is the best in the business. It’s that combination – innovation and support – that’s driving our rapid growth and attracting the best agents to our network.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping shape the future of estate agency and want to be part of something that’s growing fast with a real sense of purpose – you’re in the right place.
