Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager who can vividly showcase how our customers succeed with Ivo and highlight the tangible impacts they're making globally. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling narratives, develop and manage a scalable content engine, and bring the Ivo brand to life across platforms. You’ll be the force behind our thought leadership and voice in the market—responsible for everything from daily social content to quarterly dynamic campaigns.

Responsibilities include:- Build and own the content roadmap across all formats and timelines.
- Create daily micro-blogging and social media content (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter/X).
- Develop weekly short-form content, such as blog posts, community discussions, and LinkedIn content.
- Drive monthly long-form content production (e.g. white papers, e-books, infographics, short-form videos).
- Produce quarterly dynamic content like long-form videos, SEO-focused landing pages, and thought leadership assets.
- Organize and develop monthly case studies and customer stories that bring our customers’ voices and wins to life.
- Lead and execute the content roadmap for our CEO’s LinkedIn and public persona.
- Support our leadership's content needs for presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, and podcasts—including content creation, prep, and design support.
- Handle general copywriting and editing across channels and teams.
- Propose, onboard, and manage external content vendors, including podcast producers, designers, and more.
You should have:- 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio of owned content programs and strong storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full-funnel content calendar and balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional eye for tone, clarity, and grammar.
- Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Analytical and data-driven thinking to measure and optimize content performance.
- You are excited about the adventure of building a company and want to be part of something early-stage.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in video production or managing multimedia content workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Previous experience supporting executive content creation or persona building.
- Portfolio showcasing campaign development, customer storytelling, and thought leadership work.
