Emerging Market Online Sales Representatives are responsible for helping our smallest but very important customers purchase the best Toast platform package to fit their evolving needs by guiding them through our Online buying experience. This quota carrying role is pivotal to helping Toast win the market in the Spanish speaking vSMB space. We win by putting the customer first and giving them the extra help they may need when purchasing online, potentially for their first technology platform or for their first restaurant.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Consult very small restaurant owners on their technology needs and educate them on the best option of our Starter Kit that fits their needs and price point.
- Walk restaurant owners through the online check out process live to purchase.
- Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale by guiding the customer through post purchase documentation.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Tenacious grit, vSMB Restaurant owners are tenacious and scrappy we have to match their energy
- Customer first mentality
- 6+ months of some Business Development or Sales experience
- Familiarity with the Toast Product and vSMB competitors like Square and Clover
- Collaborative, we are a small but mighty team that works better together

- Restaurant Operation experience, we work fast so the fast paced environment of a restaurant is the perfect analogy to being in Online Sales
