The Spotify Advertising Business Marketing team is on a mission to captivate and convert millions of businesses to connect with billions of fans. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our Advertising Business Marketing strategy in LATAM, across Brazil and Mexico, helping us drive demand and grow consideration among enterprise brands, media agencies, and advertising partners in the regions.
This role sits within the International Marketing team, and will focus on ensuring Spotify’s advertising solutions, core messaging, and product value resonate meaningfully with the Brazil and Mexico markets. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, operator, and storyteller—comfortable aligning with senior stakeholders across sales, comms, and global marketing functions, while also implementing high-impact, locally relevant campaigns and initiatives.

This position reports to the Associate Director of Business Marketing LATAM, collaborating closely with local, regional and international teams.

What You’ll Do- Support on building and implementing the annual Advertising Business Marketing Strategy for Brazil and Mexico, including earned, owned and paid marketing campaigns.
- Deliver culturally relevant experiential activations that connect with local brands and agencies, deepening consideration and brand love.
- Localize and activate global marketing programs and go-to-market initiatives, including messaging, sales collateral, case studies, and event material, ensuring they are relevant and impactful for the Brazilian and Mexican markets.
- Manage the local marketing budget, including spend tracking, reporting, and ensuring alignment with Spotify’s operational and financial processes.
- Partner with any relevant local trade events & industry associations to increase Spotify’s industry presence through sponsorship and attendance.
- Support trade PR in conjunction with the Comms team and the regional sales leads.
- Track, report, and share campaign performance and learnings, contributing to regional strategy and supporting business planning across Brazil and Mexico.
- Collaborate with internal partners across Brazil and Mexico and global teams to align on goals, exchange insights, and ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
Who You Are- You have a BA or equivalent degree in marketing with 8+ years of experience in the digital media environment, preferably in a similar B2B marketing role at an ad-supported publisher/platform.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian and Mexican media landscape and how to market to an audience of brands and media agencies.
- You have a proven track record managing multiple, large projects with hard deadlines
- You have strong experience working with experiential agencies and third party vendors to deliver scaled experiential activations.
- You know how to work autonomously, managing strategy and execution as an individual contributor, and have experience working cross-functionally with different departments both locally and internationally.
- Ability to mix creativity with critical thinking, and demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and Splash invite management tool is a plus
Where You’ll Be- This role is based in São Paulo. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 1-2 times per Week.
