About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead our capacity planning, reporting infrastructure, and process enablement across Deel’s global recruiting organization. This is a data-heavy role that blends operational leadership with deep analytical rigor. You'll manage the global TA capacity and resourcing model, partner with People Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy and data governance, and drive the development of scalable, insights-driven operational programs.
What You’ll Do
Capacity & Resourcing: Own Deel’s global Talent Acquisition capacity model. Analyze recruiter bandwidth, hiring velocity, and headcount forecasts to drive data-informed resourcing decisions.
Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across all stages of the recruiting funnel. Partner with People Analytics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
Data Governance: Define and enforce data standards across systems (ATS, HRIS, etc.). Monitor data hygiene, access controls, and reporting logic to maintain audit readiness and process integrity.
Enablement & Training: Collaborate with TA Operations Specialists to develop documentation, onboarding programs, and change management strategies that drive adoption of processes and tools.
Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives across core recruiting workflows, automating where possible and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with TA leadership, Finance, People Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on hiring targets, efficiency metrics, and long-term planning.
Who You Are
5–7+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Analytics, or similar roles focused on data and systems
Proven experience building and maintaining complex recruiting reports and capacity models (bonus: experience using Ashby, Tableau, or similar tools)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (index/match, pivot tables, nested logic, etc.) and experience translating data into operational insights
Deep understanding of recruiting funnel metrics, data flows across ATS/HRIS/CRM, and how to measure recruiting efficiency and quality
Experience implementing or optimizing processes and driving change across global teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
