What we’re looking for
We’re searching for a sharp, campaign-obsessed digital copywriter to join Insider’s Marketing team as Content Marketer — Campaigns & Brand
This is the role for someone who lives and breathes performance content. You’re not afraid of a blank page, but you also thrive when optimizing what already exists for higher performance across digital channels — tightening copy, raising conversion rates, and crafting messaging that hits buyers right between the eyes.
Your content will be the heartbeat of Insider’s growth engine: campaign emails, digital ads, LinkedIn carousels, social posts, landing pages, nurture sequences, event invites, and campaign headlines that drive pipeline, not just page views.
You will also work closely with our AI tools to experiment, iterate, and scale your work faster, while staying true to the Insider tone of voice.

Responsibilities- Write high-conversion copy for multi-channel campaigns: email, LinkedIn ads, paid social, SEM, landing pages, nurture programs, sales sequences, and website modules.
- Partner with Brand, Paid Media, SEO, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to deliver copy that aligns with our business goals and sales pipeline objectives.
- Support large-scale campaign development for launches, reports, events, product updates, and ABM initiatives.
- Lead and collaborate on video content development, including scripting and storyboarding for brand campaigns, product explainers, and customer stories.
- Apply A/B testing principles and performance data to optimize copy performance across channels continually.
- Create content playbooks and templates to scale campaign execution globally.
- Use AI writing assistants and generative content platforms to accelerate iteration cycles, generate variations, and maximize content production without sacrificing quality.
- Translate positioning and product narratives into punchy, accessible buyer language across the full funnel.
- Develop hooks, headlines, and frameworks that fuel paid social and demand capture strategies — especially for US-market growth.
- Partner closely with design to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly across formats.
- Stay on top of AI trends, B2B SaaS buying behaviors, and marketing innovation to continuously improve Insider’s creative approach.
- Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and pick up your hypothetical pen to support other content needs as required.
Requirements and Skills- 3-5+ years of experience writing digital marketing content for B2B SaaS, MarTech, or AI platforms.
- Proven track record writing high-performing campaign copy across email, paid media, LinkedIn, SEM, social, and conversion-optimized landing pages.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel stages and how copy influences buyer progression.
- Comfortably able to balance creativity with performance metrics — you write to drive outcomes.
- Direct experience scripting and storyboarding video content for brand, product, and customer storytelling.
- Experience applying AI tools, LLMs, and generative platforms into your creative workflows.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (especially Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Sales).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Experience writing for US-market B2B audiences strongly preferred.
- Have a passion for writing, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to craft compelling narratives across multiple formats.
- Deep understanding of SEO and GEO, and their relation to Content Marketing.
- Well-versed in best practices and content performance analytics.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about customer experience and the intersection of technology and AI.
- Extremely comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able and willing to work outside of typical working hours to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage projects across the globe.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
