Account Executive, Commercial Sales
Department & Team: Sales
Reports to: Sales Director, Commercial
Location: Mexico City
The Account Executive, Commercial develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products through managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
• Sells and promotes the sales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
• Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately manages forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
• Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
• Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
• Assists in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
• Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
• Hands on management style to provide coaching and guidance where needed to move deals through the sales cycle.
• Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts.
• Creation and execution of strategies to create pipeline since sales.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• +2 years’ sales management experience within technology industry.
• Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated track record in software sales.
Desirable Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.
• Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
• Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updated on progress and challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
