Job Summary:
We are seeking a Vice President of Growth to join our Growth department at Real Broker LLC. The Vice President of Growth will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and market penetration for Real. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of both the real estate industry and technological trends. The candidate will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, optimize revenue streams, and propel the company towards sustainable growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to maximize market share and revenue.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Consult with prospective agents and teams who want to explore joining Real and help them with the process.
Develop competitive intelligence on peer companies and other business models, and advise Reals leadership on new initiatives and strategies.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers, sales professionals, and business development executives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance customer value and drive adoption.
Optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Cultivate strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including real estate professionals, investors, and strategic partners.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning and innovation initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious growth targets.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
Education and Experience:
10–12 years of experience in a senior sales or growth-focused role within real estate is required. A background that combines real estate and technology is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated tenacity and a solution-oriented mindset with a track record of overcoming challenges.
Detail-oriented with a thorough and organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other lead management tools to track and optimize performance.
Passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required.
Relevant certifications in areas such as digital marketing, product management, or sales leadership are a plus.
