Job Responsibilities:
- Product Fix and Improvements: Spearhead initiatives aimed at identifying, analyzing, and implementing necessary fixes and enhancements for existing customer funds management products. This involves close collaboration with relevant teams to elevate product functionality, user experience, and overall performance.
- Automation: Drive comprehensive automation efforts across various processes within customer funds management, including but not limited to product reconciliation, wallet operations, and reporting, to significantly boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Business Reporting: Oversee the meticulous development and timely delivery of insightful business reports pertaining to product performance, customer funds, and key operational metrics. Ensure that all reports yield actionable insights for informed strategic decision-making.
- Strategy and Transformation: Actively contribute to the formulation and successful execution of the strategic roadmap for customer funds management products, diligently identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovation and transformative change.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaborative relationships with other leads and heads within GXI Customer Funds Management, including Assurance & Support and Fund Controls , to ensure seamless operational workflows and strategic alignment.
