Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about HR and operations? We’re looking for a People Associate (f/m/d) to support our HR functions and keep our Vienna office running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the HR team and local leadership, handling admin and projects while helping shape a great workplace culture. This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna, where we’d love to see you at least 2 times per week.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
- HR Administration & Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting payroll, drafting HR documents, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Office Management: Ensure the Vienna office runs smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating vendors, and supporting facility operations.
- Learning & Development Support: Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and supporting the execution of L&D programs.
- Project Assistance: Help the HR team with strategic projects that enhance our people operations and overall organisational effectiveness.
We’re excited if you have:
- Foundational HR Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or a relevant HR qualification.
- Austrian HR Knowledge: Understanding of Austrian labor law and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) - this is a must-have.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A thorough and meticulous approach that ensures accuracy in every task.
- Strong Soft Skills: Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect professionally across all levels.
- Strong Communicator: Clear and confident in both spoken and written communication. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

We offer an annual gross salary starting from €35,000. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
