What you'll do
As the Sales Operations, Sr. Associate at Pigment, you’ll play a critical role collaborating with our sales team by supporting the core operations such as (but not limited to): territory management, compensation analysis, and general sales reporting in addition to a focus on our deal desk process. You'll act as the primary operational owner for deal-related queries, leveraging your experience with CPQ tools and sales processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in deal execution. Once you have familiarized yourself with existing processes, you’ll play a key role in evolving our deal desk processes and functionality, ideally leveraging AI tools and workflows, whilst also working more strategically with Sales Leaders.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational support for Pigment’s deal desk, handling daily inquiries, approvals, and operational workflows related to Enterprise-level deals.
- Provide timely and accurate support on GTM tools, processes, and documentation, ensuring adherence to established policies, as well as create & enable new policies.
- In partnership with our GTM Systems team, own administrative and operational management of the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) system to support effective quoting, pricing, and contracting processes.
- Support the broader Sales Operations function, including tasks related to territory management, book carving, sales compensation analysis, and routine sales analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Identify and escalate process or system improvement opportunities based on daily interactions with sales reps and managers.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related role.
- Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, sales processes, and legal terms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ year experience in a fast growing SaaS/B2B technology company.
- Experience with the complexities of Enterprise-level deals cycles.
- Familiarity with sales territory planning, quota management, and sales compensation structures.
- French language proficiency is a plus.
