We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. This role is critical in enabling the SVP to operate at maximum effectiveness through high-level administrative support, calendar management, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong judgment, and maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
Facilitate smooth daily operations and proactively anticipate executive needs.
Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams across departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Support team operations through document preparation, communications management, and other tasks as needed.
Assist in the coordination of key events, executive reviews, and customer-facing engagements.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Concur).
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Valued Skills:
Experience supporting executives in a technology or SaaS company.
Familiarity with project coordination and internal communications.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $120,000 – $140,000.
