Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as needed.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system or CRM software.
- Follow communication scripts and standard procedures when handling different topics.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, concise information or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Meet personal and team performance goals, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn customer management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus.
