We are looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to accelerate productivity and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute enablement programs for Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success, and other GTM roles. By collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, optimizing processes, and driving the success of Staffbase’s go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Enablement
- Collaborate with regional GTM leadership to define enablement objectives aligned with business goals
- Develop and execute an enablement strategy that supports revenue growth and enhances team performance
Onboarding and Training
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up to productivity
- Design and deliver ongoing training programs focused on selling skills, product knowledge, and competitive positioning
Content Development and Management
- Create and manage enablement resources such as playbooks, flows, and live sessions
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, content, and campaigns for the regional team
Tools and Technology Optimization
- Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Learning360 and Highspot
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline sales processes through technology and automation
Performance Coaching and Support
- Partner with Sales & CS Managers to develop coaching frameworks and methodologies
- Provide actionable feedback and support to individual contributors to improve deal outcomes and sales effectiveness
Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze GTM performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, pipeline health) to identify areas of improvement
- Use data insights to iterate on enablement strategies and demonstrate the impact of enablement programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on GTM initiatives
- Advocate for the needs of the regional GTM team in internal projects and new product development discussions
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or CS role (SDR, AE, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) with a track record of high performance
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with a track record of improving sales performance
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills
- Ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging programs
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and project management skills
