Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle CX and CPQ solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules including Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Workflows, and Approvals.
- Integrate Oracle CX/CPQ with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, middleware).
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user queries in a timely manner.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
- Stay up to date on Oracle product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle CPQ implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ modules including Commerce, Configuration, Pricing, and Document Engine.
- Experience with scripting (BML), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Solid experience with data migration, testing, and UAT support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Oracle CPQ Certification.
Experience with Salesforce or Oracle Sales Cloud integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
