About the Role
We're a leading tech company seeking an experienced Product Manager to help execute on the roadmap for our suite of fraud prevention products. In this role, you'll shape innovative solutions that we sell to financial institutions and fintech companies, helping them optimize their lending processes and mitigate fraud risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Product for Fraud on fleshing out strategic initiatives to fill out the roadmap.
- Execute the product strategy and roadmap for our fraud prevention solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, client engagement, legal/compliance, and sales teams to enhance our product offerings
- Form and maintain a working knowledge of fraud in consumer finance, laying the groundwork to stay ahead of industry trends in fraud detection, risk assessment, and regulatory changes
- Analyze key performance metrics to demonstrate product value to clients
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to position our products effectively in the market
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech
- Proven track record of shipping successful product features in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of software development practices.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for clients
Preferred Experience
- Previous work experience in or with lending institutions, credit bureaus, or in other regulated industries.
- Experience in a client-facing role or working closely with enterprise customers
