Role Summary:
We’re looking for a coachable Junior Account Executive (AE) to join our fast-growing illumend sales team. This role is focused on working mid-to-lower tier inbound and outbound leads and moving them through the sales cycle—from initial contact to closed contract. This is a full-time, remote position with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
Handle assigned leads with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
Qualify, present, and demo the product to prospects
Work closely with Sales Manager and Senior AEs to manage pipeline and strategy
Accurately maintain CRM records and sales stages
Hit monthly activity and conversion goals
Actively participate in weekly coaching and team huddles
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or SDR/BDR role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for technology and problem solving
Coachable, resilient, and eager to grow into a senior sales role
