Seamlessly integrating with major platforms, Juicer enables easy content import, customization, and moderation, delivering an engaging social media experience for audiences.
Profile Overview
As a Product Manager, you'll help shape what we build and why by making smart, impact-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with different teams, listen to user feedback, and turn ideas into intuitive product experiences. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, thoughtful, and excited to contribute to a growing SaaS product. Experience with growth, user engagement, or experimentation is a plus.
Your responsibilities
- Product Prioritization & Roadmapping
You bring experience with frameworks like RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, or custom scoring systems to balance business impact, effort, and customer needs. You're able to say no when necessary, negotiate trade-offs, and clearly articulate the rationale behind your decisions.
- Cross-Functional Communication
You know how to tailor your communication to different audiences, including developers, sales, marketing, and leadership. You're assertive yet respectful, especially in high-pressure planning and feedback discussions.
- Customer-Centric Product Thinking (PLG-Driven)
You have a strong understanding of PLG principles and product activation loops. You're skilled at optimizing UX based on behavioral analytics and feedback, and you know how to craft intuitive user journeys that drive adoption.
- Requirements Documentation & Feature Planning
You're comfortable writing feature briefs, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. You're familiar with tools like Notion, Confluence, Figma, JIRA, or Shortcut.
- User Feedback Loop Management
You can build and manage systems to capture, categorize, and integrate user feedback into the product roadmap. You're experienced with tools like Hotjar, Canny, Intercom, or custom feedback forms.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic Analytics & Experimentation
You understand tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog, and can plan and evaluate A/B tests and measure feature success.
- SaaS Monetization & Retention Strategy
You have familiarity with pricing models, upsell and cross-sell dynamics, and churn prevention mechanisms.
What You bring to the table
- Proven product management experience, ideally in SaaS, bonus points for SEO domain knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Autonomous and proactive approach with a readiness to engage in AI-driven initiatives.
