As part of our mission to expand our growth marketing engine, we're looking for a Freelance Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our affiliate program in the US market. This is a short-term, part-time contract role requiring 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. The budget for this role is $50–$70 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own and grow the affiliate marketing channel, with a focus on the US market.
- Recruit new affiliates and evaluate potential partners for long-term collaboration.
- Develop, communicate, and execute campaigns and promotions tailored to affiliate audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, offers, and tracking infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and contribution to overall growth.
- Ensure affiliates use up-to-date creatives and messaging that reflect current brand direction.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships, ideally in a B2C SaaS or mobile app environment.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and partnership management.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing performance metrics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with agency partners.
- Experience managing affiliate programs within the US market.

- Monthly active affiliate count increases steadily with quality, engaged partners.
- Revenue from the affiliate channel grows quarter over quarter.
- Affiliate creative use aligns with current product positioning and campaigns.
- Low operational overhead due to streamlined processes and partner self-sufficiency.
