Role Overview
As an early member of the talent team reporting to our Head of Business Recruiting, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting across our G&A and GTM teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance), drive high-impact hiring initiatives, and shape the systems that support Harvey’s continued growth. This is an opportunity to bring deep recruiting expertise and leadership to a fast-growing company, with the autonomy to influence both team development and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring managers, building tailored recruiting strategies that align with hiring goals and business needs.
Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across multiple business functions.
Design, implement, and scale recruiting programs, tools, and workflows to support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Leverage data to inform hiring strategies, set benchmarks, and communicate recruiting progress with clear and actionable reporting.
Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent through direct sourcing, leveraging networks, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
Champion a high-quality candidate experience, fostering strong engagement at every stage of the process.
Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes and outcomes.
Provide mentorship and thought leadership to other recruiters and recruiting coordinators, sharing best practices, developing talent, and helping uplevel the team.
Elevate recruiting standards and execution across the org by continuously iterating on tools, metrics, and processes.
What You Have
Proven success recruiting in high-growth startup or complex, fast-paced environments.
Experience designing and executing recruiting strategies in ambiguous or scaling orgs.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience, comfortable guiding others and influencing across levels.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
Highly organized with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
Commitment to driving inclusive hiring practices and building diverse teams.
Nice to have: Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Compensation Range
$185,000 - $215,000 USD
