We are seeking a world-class Head of Product for Heddle Health, a native AI company in healthtech that has completed $1.1MM in pre-seed funding.
You'll be supported by Alloy Partners’ Go-to-Market (GTM) experts who have decades of collective experience guiding founders with their GTM motions and launch strategies: from securing early customers and investors to establishing product development and sales functions.
As the Head of Product, you'll be Heddle's first hire and drive our AI-native healthcare technology from concept to market-leading solution. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage deep AI expertise to navigate and shape the rapidly evolving technological landscape, designing cutting-edge product architecture that addresses critical healthcare challenges. Working closely with the CEO, you'll define the product roadmap, conduct customer research, and create a transformative platform at the intersection of AI and healthcare innovation. What You'll Do:
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap
- Align product strategy with company goals
- Lead full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, continuously exploring emerging technologies, tools, and techniques
- Define a market-leading product with a future-proof architecture by leveraging the latest AI advancements
- Conduct direct customer research and requirements gathering
- Participate in sales presentations and customer meetings
- Translate complex technical capabilities into scalable solutions
- Manage agile development processes
- Integrate user and customer feedback
- Oversee product architecture and technology stack
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and mentor the initial product team
- Manage third-party integrations and APIs
- Implement product security and data protection processes
- 7+ years of work experience in hands-on architecture, coding, or product development
- Successful track record as a hands-on Head of Product or similar product leadership role at a seed-stage startup in Health-Tech
- Proven experience as a product owner, taking a product from 0 to 1
- Proven track record of launching AI-native products with deep expertise in AI-driven product development
- Product expertise, and a proven track record of creating user experiences that are sticky, drive adoption, and satisfy & delight users
- Experience managing products with complex enterprise system integrations (e.g., Epic EHR)
- Direct supervision of agile software development; Business Requirements documentation and translation into executable development sprints, day-to-day team/scrum management
- Experience building teams from scratch as well as working with on-shore or off-shore development partners and budgets
- Desire and ability to be customer-facing, comfortable directly engaging customers at all levels; business rules documentation through to C-level sales presentations, with the ability to communicate complex subjects in a clear, concise manner
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment; A creator who gets personal satisfaction from building from the ground up.
- Background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or systems architecture.
