The Role
Motorq is launching a new
AI product suite focused on predictive intelligence and automation. We are seeking an exceptional
AI Product Manager to lead this effort.
This role will drive the development of AI-powered features—from insight engines to agent-based workflows—and ensure they deliver measurable value to customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, UXR, sales, and customer success to bring new capabilities to market. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, customer-obsessed, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and execution for AI features across Motorq’s platform.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify pilot customers, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
- Translate customer needs and pilot insights into clear product requirements.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and outcomes.
- Contribute to GTM and pricing strategy based on usage patterns and customer value.
- Evangelize AI capabilities internally and externally, including at partner summits and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML for data-driven products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship enterprise-grade software.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with both technical and customer-facing teams.
- Experience with pilot programs, iterative development, and customer discovery.
- Based in the SF Bay Area with the ability to come into the office 3x / week.
- Background in the automotive industry, mobility, fleet, or connected vehicle platforms is a big plus.
