Your Impact
We are looking for a mission-driven Product Manager to lead platform and shared services for the portfolio of SaaS solutions that serve our local government clients. This role combines the responsibilities of both Product Owner and Product Manager, offering full ownership of the product lifecycle—from strategy through delivery and ongoing iteration.
In this role, you’ll work across and with multiple vertical product teams to define, build, and scale shared services—such as identity and access management, notifications, data integrations, and more—that power a cohesive and unified platform experience for government employees and the communities they serve.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and product leaders across our portfolio to build scalable, reusable capabilities that accelerate delivery, promote consistency, and unlock value for every product team and customer.
