Payment Solutions Analyst
A Payment Solutions Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving disputes related to financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and providing recommendations to prevent future disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Investigate and resolve disputes related to financial transactions.
· Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and root causes of disputes.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
· Prepare detailed reports on dispute findings and resolutions.
· Collaborate with other departments to implement preventive measures.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of all dispute cases and resolutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
· Experience in dispute resolution or a related field is preferred.
