In this role, you will oversee our GTM recruitment team and processes at a global scale, responsible for building the roadmap along with execution with the team. Building a strategy to ensure that we meet our hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with GTM leadership, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions. Building and scaling a high-performing GTM recruiting function will be key to our long term success. Your ultimate goal is to lead our GTM leaders to success.

Strategic planning: develop and implement global GTM recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and growth plans
Team leadership: lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Process optimization: continuously refine and optimize our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder collaboration: partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Talent sourcing: oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Candidate experience: ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Data-driven decisions: utilize recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive process improvements
Employer branding: enhance our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and benefits through various channels

Proven experience: demonstrated success in a GTM/Sales recruitment leadership role directly supporting a Sales org and Sales leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic mindset: ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives
Leadership skills: proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters
Excellent communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Organizational skills: strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Data-driven approach: proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and using insights to drive process improvements
Collaborative nature: ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong
